What shipping options do you offer?

We currently offer Standard Shipping for all orders. Once shipped, most of the items will be delivered within 2-7 business days.

Can I pay extra to get expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited, express or overnight shipping options.

Do you ship to all US states and territories?

We ship to the Continental U.S. (48 Contiguous States & District of Columbia), Hawaii and Alaska.

Where can I find size charts for the products that I am interested in?

Can I order a product that is out of Stock?

Out of stock products are usually re-stocked within a week or two so you can check back at a later time.
You can also contact us to get the estimated availability date of an out of stock product.

In the rare event an item goes out of stock after your order was confirmed, we will notify you and try our best to fulfill the order as quickly as possible. If it is likely to take more than 2 weeks for us to ship the item, we will cancel the item from the order, and reverse any charges made to you for that item.

Can I ship to multiple addresses in the same order?

No, you will have to place a separate order for each delivery address.

Is there a limit to the maximum number of items in an order?

You can order as many items as you need. However, we may perform additional verification for large orders to prevent fraud.
Yogactiw USA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or limit the number of items purchased per person or per order.

If you want to order in bulk, we recommend you to reach out to us at as fulfilment time for bulk orders may be different.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 Business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If your order has multiple items, they may ship from different locations in separate shipments. Once the items are shipped, you will receive tracking information and will be notified of the estimated delivery dates.

How can I cancel an order?

You can part or your entire order before it is shipped. To cancel an order, login to your Account page, select the order and make the necessary changes. If you need any additional assistance, please contact us at

Once the items in your order have shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you missed the window to cancel the order, you can still return the items after you receive them. Please note some charges may apply in that case.

What should I do if I receive a damaged/defective item or a wrong item (or incorrect size) was shipped to me?

Our apologies if you received item(s) that are damaged, defective or if we shipped you the wrong item.
If this happens, please initiate a Return request and select the appropriate reason and pick your preferred resolution. Please be sure to upload good-quality picture(s) of the item you are returning so that we can validate and quickly process your request.

What should I do if my shipment was lost?

Yogactiw USA is not liable for any products lost by the carrier. Please reach out to us at in case your shipment is marked as delivered but you still haven’t received it and we will gladly work with you to resolve the problem. We may advise you to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns and refund policy?

We offer a 30-days easy returns and refunds on most orders. You can learn more about our returns policy by visiting our Returns and Refund Policy Page.

Are there any charges for returns? Who will pay for the return shipment?

Return Shipping label will be provided to you during the returns process. Shipping & handling charges may deducted from the refund amount. Please see our Returns and Refund Policy page for your options and corresponding charges.

What is your returns process?

We have an easy online returns process. To return an item, visit our Returns Center. The returns process is explained in the Returns and Refund Policy page.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed. You can contact us at in case you haven’t received your refund after 15 days of our confirmation.

What if I want to return an item from a bundle?

If you return an item that was purchased as part of a bundle, the bundle discount will be voided, and the total discount amount will be deducted from the Store Credit /Refund. Please visit our Returns and Refund Policy page to understand how Store credit/Refund amount is calculated for an item in a bundle.

If the bundle discount amount is greater than the item's price (as in the website), then the item cannot be individually returned for a refund; you will have to return more (or all) items in the bundle in order to receive a refund.

For example, if the bundle discount was $50, and you want to return one of the items for a refund, the $50 will be deducted from your refund amount. You will be able to return an item from the bundle only if the refund value is calculated to be more than $50.

Can I request gift-wrapping for the items I’ve ordered?

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift-wrapping at this time.

What is the process to make a warranty claim ?

Coupons and e-Gift Cards

I have a Coupon / Promo code. How can i use it?

Coupons/ Promo codes can be applied on the Payment page during the checkout process. Once applied, the total due amount will be updated right-away. Please note multiple coupons cannot be applied to the same order.

Coupon must be applied during checkout. We will not be able to apply discounts after order confirmation.

How can I redeem a e-Gift card?

You can redeem the e-gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. Please note this code isn't case sensitive. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping. When you redeem a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:

1. If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can proceed and place the order.
2. If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

If your gift card holds a balance after a transaction, you can use it for another order.

How can i gift the e-Gift Card to someone else?

The e-gift card is only issued to the email id you used at checkout. If you bought the e-gift card for someone else, then you will have to forward the gift card email or the gift card link to the intended recipient.

How long are e-Gift cards valid? Can the gift cards be reloaded?

Yogactiw e-Gift Cards expire five(5) years from the date of purchase.

The e-Gift cards cannot be reloaded.

Can I use e-gift card in conjunction with a coupon?

Yes, e-Gift cards can be used as a form of payment once the coupon has been applied to your order.

Please note that discount codes / coupons cannot be applied on purchase of e-gift cards.

What is "Refer-A-Friend" program?

"Refer-A-Friend" is a fantastic referral program that allows you to invite your friends to shop @ Yogactiw and both you and your friends can earn rewards. When someone you refer signs up and makes an eligible purchase (using your referral link), both of you get rewarded! The reward amounts and other details of this promotion are available on the Refer-A-Friend page. The program terms and conditions are available here.

How does the Refer-A-Friend program work?

You will need a Yogactiw account to participate in this program. If you don't have one, you can easily sign up here.

The program works in 3 simple steps:
1. Login to your Yogactiw account and visit Refer-A-Friend page.
2. Share your unique referral link with your friends through email or social media.
3. When your friends sign up using that link and shop, both you and your friend will earn reward.

There are no limits on referrals, so you can invite as many friends and family members as you want. Self-referral in any form and using someone else's account are not permitted and will result in disqualification of the referrer and referee from earning rewards.

Where can I see my referral activity summary and when will I receive my rewards?

Your referral activity and rewards summary will be avilable on the Refer-A-Friend page. Remember, you need to be logged in to your account to access this information. The reward amount for a qualifying purchase will be avilable for your use after 45 days of your referral’s purchase.
