RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return qualifying items to us for a Refund, Store credit, or an Exchange. Please see below for more information on our Returns and Refund policy.

 

RETURNS

All return requests MUST be submitted within thirty (30) days of the merchandise receipt date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Return requests after this period will not be accepted or processed.

Please do not return any merchandise to us unless your Return request has been approved.

  

RETURNS & REFUND OPTIONS

When returning an item, you can choose one of the below options as resolution:   

Exchange

Exchanges are FREE!

Free exchanges are only allowed if you want a different size of the product that you are returning. There are no charges or deductions for one exchange per item. We even cover all the shipping costs! We reserve the right to charge shipping, handling and re-stocking fees for multiple exchange requests made on the same item.

Please note that requesting a different item or a different color/style of the same item is not considered an exchange. In this case, we recommend that you return the item requesting a store credit, and purchase the desired item separately as a new order.

Store Credit

If you return an item and request Store credit, we will not charge any re-stocking fee or return shipping fees (exceptions apply - please see below) ! Please note that any shipping costs paid by you for the item/order will not be refunded.

We will issue you the store credit in form of an electronic Gift voucher within 2 business days of processing the return. The store credit will be emailed to you and will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue !

Exceptions - Because of higher shipping costs, a return shipping fee will be applied for the following items:

  • Yoga Mats - Return Shipping fee of $10.99
  • Yoga Balls - Return Shipping fee of $7.99

The above fee will be adjusted from the store credit amount that will be issued for the return.

Refunds

You can also choose to return item(s) and get back a refund. We will deduct shipping & handling costs up to $7.99 per item ($10.99 for Yoga Mats) from the refunded amount. Any shipping costs paid by you for the item/order will not be refunded.

Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

 

RETURN PROCESS 

Our return/exchange process is simple and easy:

Step 1: Initiate Return

Visit our online Returns Center and find your order details using the order # and email id.

You can find the order # from “My Account > Order History” once you log in to your Yogactiw account. You can also find it in the invoice.

Step 2: Submit Return Request

Select the item(s) that you want to return. Follow the instructions to select the following:

  • Reason for return
  • Resolution method (Exchange, Refund or Store Credit)
  • Returns Method (Pre-paid label)

If you are requesting an exchange, please select the size that you want as exchange.

Finally, submit the Return request for our approval.

Step 3: Return Request Approval

Once submitted, our team will review the request within 1-2 business days and make a decision based on our Returns and Refund policies. We may contact you over email if we need any additional information to complete the decision process.

We will send you an email notification once your return request is approved. This notification will include information on the next steps including instructions for return shipping. In case of Refund or Store Credit, we will also inform you of any deductions (shipping, handling etc.) and the estimated amount that will be credited post a successful return.

In a rare situation where we are unable to approve your return request, we will notify you of the decision and the reasons. We may also recommend actions for you to take to resolve our concerns so that we can re-evaluate your return request.     

Step 4: Return Shipment

Once you are notified of the approval, please follow the instructions to print your pre-paid return shipping label. Place the item(s) securely in its original packaging with all original tags and labels and the return form provided and drop it at one of the carrier drop-off locations. We cannot accept responsibility for any merchandise lost in transit.

Step 5: Return Inspection and Completion

Once the product reaches our Returns Center, we will manually perform an inspection within 3-5 working days to check the condition of the item(s) and confirm that the return conditions are satisfied (i.e. the merchandise is unused, has the original tags and packaging etc. 

If the condition of the returned item does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return/exchange and/or deduct additional amount from the estimated refund to compensate for the damages. This deduction may be up to the total price of the item(s).

Once our inspection process is completed, we will notify you of our decision (Return Accepted or Rejected).

  

RETURN TIMELINES

Exchange

If the return was for an exchange, we will ship the exchange merchandise within 2-3 business days of processing the return (using standard shipping).

Store Credit

If the return was for a Store credit, we will issue you the store credit in form of an electronic gift voucher within 2 business days of processing the return. This e-gift voucher will be emailed to you and will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Refunds

A refund will be issued only to the payment method used on the order. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

 

RECEIVED DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEM OR WRONG ITEM SHIPPED

Our apologies if you receive item(s) that are damaged, defective or if we shipped you the wrong item. In this case, please initiate a Return request and select the appropriate reason and pick your preferred resolution. Please be sure to upload good-quality picture(s) of the item you are returning so that we can validate and quickly process your request.

There are absolutely no charges if you decide to Exchange the item (get the same product as the replacement). If needed, you can also request a size change without any additional charges. In this case, we will take care of the return shipping cost for the defective item and shipping cost for the replacement! 

Please note that requesting a different item or a different color/style of the same item is not considered an exchange. In this case, we recommend that you return the item requesting a store credit, and purchase the desired item separately as a new order.

If you opt for Store credit, we will issue you the Store credit for the full purchase price for the item. Please note that shipping costs paid by you for the item/order will not be credited.

In case you request a Refund, we will deduct shipping & handling costs up to $7.99 per item from the refunded amount ($10.99 for Yoga Mats). Any shipping costs paid by you for the item/order will not be refunded.

 

RETURNING AN ITEM FROM A BUNDLE

If you return an item from a bundle, the bundle discount will be voided, and the total discount amount will be deducted from the return amount. If you are requesting a refund, we will also deduct shipping & handling costs up to $7.99 per item from the refunded amount ($10.99 for Yoga Mats). Any shipping costs paid by you for the item/order will not be refunded.

If the bundle discount amount is greater than the return/refund value for the item, then the item cannot be individually returned; you will have to return additional (or all) items in the bundle in order to receive a refund/store credit.

  

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

  • Gift Cards, Gift Vouchers and Store Credits

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.    
  • Refund amount will be calculated based on the actual purchase price of the product.
  • Excessive Refund and Replacement Requests - we reserve the right to close a customer account and decline any future purchases for showing a pattern of refund request and/or exchanges on most of the orders.
  • Return Policy Abuse - We also reserve the right to deny any return or exchange and to charge a re-stocking fee of up to 15% of the item value where we determine the merchandise is not return properly, or the Return policy is abused.
