We offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. Domestic orders $75 and over! (exclusions may apply).  

Even if you do not qualify for Free shipping, our “flat” shipping rates are still reasonable. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 



U.S. Domestic

We ship to the Continental U.S. (48 Contiguous States & District of Columbia), Hawaii and Alaska.

Special shipping charges apply for Hawaii & Alaska. Please see the “Shipping Rates” section for more information on the shipping charges for delivery to these locations.

U.S. Territories and Military Addresses

We currently do not ship to the following locations: 

  • American Samoa
  • Guam
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Puerto Rico
  • S. Virgin Islands
  • S. Minor Outlying Islands
  • APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

International Shipping

 We currently do not ship outside the U.S.



All orders are shipped through our Standard Shipping option. We currently do not offer Expedited, Express or Overnight shipping options.

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

The shipping charges are based on the shipment destination and the total order value (before taxes), and calculated as below:

Yogactiw USA reserves the right to change the shipping rates at any time.



All product pages will show the estimated delivery date (which includes the shipment processing time and shipment delivery time).

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipment Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, most of the items will be delivered within 2-7 business days, depending upon the order destination and the location of our warehouse. Yogactiw USA will not be held responsible for carrier delays.



In the unlikely situation that we are not able to fulfil your order completely, we will cancel the part of the order that we cannot fulfil and send you a notification. In such cases, the payment against the “canceled” items shall be refunded, in the same manner the payment was made.


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

Please note that if your order has multiple items, they may ship from different locations in separate shipments. You will receive separate shipment confirmation email for each shipment in your order.

Yogactiw USA is not responsible for any additional taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).



Items damaged during transit may be eligible for return, exchange or refund. Please review our Returns Policy for more information.

We may advise you to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. In that case, please save all packaging materials and damaged item(s) before filing a claim.



Yogactiw USA is not liable for product(s) lost by the carrier. Please reach out to us at in case your shipment is marked as delivered but you still haven’t received it, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.  We may advise you to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
